Website development
From a sharp five-page site to a 3D product experience with seventeen routes and auth.
Overview
Most agencies quote one kind of website. We build three. A brochure site and a WebGL product launch share a stack but almost nothing else — different budgets, different timelines, different failure modes. We tell you which one you actually need, which is sometimes the cheaper one.
What you get
- Design and build in one loop — no handoff gap
- Responsive from 320px to ultrawide, tested on real devices
- Core Web Vitals budget agreed before the first commit
- Semantic HTML, keyboard access, reduced-motion support
- Analytics and search console wired at launch
- Deployment, domain and SSL set up and handed over
What this isn't
- We do not build on page-builder platforms or resell templates
- We do not take on projects where the scope is "make it like this site"
The problem
The problem Website development solves
The common failure is not an ugly site. It is a site quoted against the wrong tier — a template sold as bespoke, or a 3D build sold to a business that needed six good pages and a working enquiry form. Both end the same way: money spent, and the thing still does not do its job.
How it runs
Four phases, and what you get from each.
3–5 weeks basic · 6–10 weeks business · 10–16 weeks enterprise
Scope
We work out which tier this actually is, what the site has to achieve, and what it must not become. If an existing product solves it cheaper, this is where we say so.
Fixed quote, tier recommendation, sitemap
3–5 days
Design in browser
No static mockup handed over a wall. We design in code, so what you approve is the real thing at real breakpoints, with real type and real motion.
Reviewable staging URL, updated as it grows
1–3 weeks
Build
Pages, content model, integrations and the performance budget agreed in scope. You see the staging URL move every few days rather than waiting for a reveal.
Feature-complete site on staging
2–10 weeks by tier
Launch & handover
Deployment, domain, SSL, analytics and Search Console. Accounts are created in your name from the start, so handover is a permissions change, not a migration.
Live site, all accounts in your name, written runbook
2–4 days

SEO
