The problem
Motion work fails when it is assembled per-section. This was an exercise in building one coherent motion layer — shared easing, shared scroll engine, shared cursor states — and seeing how far it carries across a long page.
What we built
- Lenis smooth scroll driving every scroll-linked animation
- Horizontal-scroll work gallery inside vertical scroll
- Custom cursor with contextual states
- Pinned sections and dark/light section transitions
- Image-masked display typography
- Count-up statistics and a four-step process sequence
